Processing & Shipping Time

Please allow up to 30 business days for your order to be created, processed, and shipped. Since each piece is handmade, production times may vary depending on order volume and customization.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email.

All resin lamps are made by hand, meaning every piece is unique. Small variations in appearance are normal and part of the handmade process.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Customs delays
• Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can assist you.
